The small group who uncovered the headstone of Julia H. Bragdon at the Eastern Cemetery on September 15, 2007 included, Leana, Christina (not pictured), Deb, Kathleen, and Holly. Inscription: Julia H. Bragdon, wife of Richard Parsons, born in Durham, Me, December 26, 1822, died in New Orleans, La, November 24, 1868. We were only able to read the stone after a sudden, fierce rain came upon the site and pooled the dirt into the crevices of the stone after we laid it on the ground(!) Photographer: Christina White
